Why would you need your ducts cleaned?
Impurities collect in the air system and are carried continuously throughout your home or office. Since most of these contaminants are microscopic, disposable filters cannot be counted on to remove them. This microscopic organism clings to dust particles, secreting a protein that is highly irritating to human skin and the lining of the lungs. The mite hides out in the duct work, in home and office furnishings, and is carried throughout the home or office by the central air system. Air Duct Cleaning Process
- We will remove and clean all registers.
- Clean duct work using a variety of duct cleaning tools: Portable systems and/or high powered truck mounted vacuum system 150 horsepower 15,000 CFM with high pressure air tools (a must for underground air returns!)
- Treat entire system with EPA approved and registered anti-microbials to kill and stop further growth of odor and allergy causing mildew for two full years!
- Specialty services: Pumping water out of underground ducts, smoke odor counteractants and sealants for fire/smoke damaged ducts (extra charge). Insurance claims welcome. Home 'dust down' and home/office detoxification available.
- Replace all registers.
- Clean coils in air handler optional at additional cost.)
